"What's Next? The Uncertain Future of Estate Planning"
William Schmidt, Jr
First Western Trust
Presentation Description:
With the passage of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, less than 1% of clients will have taxable estates. Many estate plans drafted when the estate tax exemption was much lower may no longer need their complex estate plans. How are estate planners advising these clients? How are clients being notified of the need for change? What are the economic consequences to estate planners of the changes in the public perception of the continued need for sophisticated estate planning services?

Come early, share a cocktail with fellow planning professionals, and sit down to an excellent meal followed by a professionally delivered presentation.
